Your Rental History 
Please ensure your rent payment is made on the last working day before a weekend or bank holiday. 

if your cleared funds arrive on the next working day which will be after the weekend or bank holiday period your payment history will note your rent as late which may affect your credit. 
Moving In...

Hold The Flat 
  1. Text or email for Tenant 1 your name, email and mobile. 
  2. Text or email for Tenant 2 or more your name, email and mobile. 
  3. Text or email for your guarantor if applicable your name, email and mobile.  
  4. This should be sent to 07 888 666 892 or ananda@aprental.co.uk. 
  5. Send a copy of your passport and 3 months bank statement. 
  6. Transfer a payment of £50 per tenant to reserve the flat.

Credit Application 
  1. Fill in the credit check online application per applicant. 
  2. You need to prove you earn at least double the monthly rent which should be paid into your bank account. 
  3. Student Loans and Benefits are not treated as income for the purpose of a credit application. 
  4. Chase your landlords and employer to fill in the form and return online. 

Cash Payments 
  1. We do not accept cash payments must be from bank to bank or by card on a payment link. 
What is Included ?
  1. Standard furniture is supplied free of charge if required 1 x sofa, 1 x dining table, 2 x Chairs, 1 x wardrobe 1 x double bed.
  2. Bills are excluded. Allow for Council Tax £100, Gas £50, Electricity £50, Water, £15. 
Moving in
  1. Contracts are emailed to each tenant where you can sign on your smart phone or computer. 
  2. After funds have cleared and contracts are signed, keys will be released.

Our fees

We have no hidden fees

  • Pet - Rental increase of £20 per month 
  • Rent late fee - 4% on overdue balance
  • Section 21 housing act 1998 notice - £100
  • Possession order legal costs - £750
