Over 30 year experience in purchasing land, negotiating and obtaining over 25 planning permissions pre and post land purchases. .
Project managing over £10 million in private new build and conversion refurbishment projects.
Creating and managing over 100 residential units, including interior design and marketing.
Creating over 1,000 tenancy contracts rent collection in excess of over £7 million, block management and maintenance.
In 2024 AP Hotels Group Ltd was launched to acquire Woodlands Hotel in the New Forest.
Property Development

- Previous builds include NHBC building accreditation.
- Project Management of over £10 Million in new builds and conversions.
Block Management
- Block management including service charge, ground rent of multiple freehold blocks in the South East.
- Maintenance issues, cleaning, repairs and garden maintenance.
- Property Maintenance of communal building, including reporting.
Contracts
- Processing over 1,000 contracts over 30 years.
- Rent Collection and property management.
