Creating and managing over 88 leasehold residential units, including interior design and marketing of finished properties including in house inventory and credit scoring.
Creating over 1,000 tenancy contracts in 3 decades, rent collection or over £7 million, block management and maintenance of all leaseholds and freeholds all managed in house with one single point of contact.
In 2024 AP Hotels Group Ltd t/a Woodlands Hotel was acquired undergoing a sympathetic refurbishment programme of works with a proposal to build an indoor spa, ground floor expansion and additional accommodation all set in 4 acres in the New Forest. .

Block Management
- Block management including service charge, ground rent of multiple freehold blocks in the South East.
- Maintenance issues, cleaning, repairs and garden maintenance.
- Property Maintenance of communal building, including reporting.
Contracts
- Processing over 1,000 contracts over 30 years.
- All contracts 12 months with flexible short notice termination.
- Rent Collection and property management.
