AP Rental was created in 1994 for the purpose of producing high quality, great value rental properties.
This was by purchasing land, obtaining planning permission, and project managing to completion. Over 100 units have been created.
Many of the properties are retained and offered as rental units of studio, 1,2,3 bed homes.
Advertising, credit scoring, in house tenancy contracts and rent collection are managed internally along with block maintenance of all buildings. Over 1,000 tenancies have been processed over 30 years.
In the summer of 2024 the entire business is migrating to a limited model therefore rebranding from AP Rental to simply Ananda Paul Ltd.
